Natural Bridges Campground
Camp in solitude among the juniper trees at Natural Bridges campground. The campground is conveniently located next to the visitor center off the main park road. Campsites are fully reservable through Recreation.gov and open year-round. Each site has a fire grill, picnic table, and tent pad, but no running water, electricity, or hookups.

Clay Flat Kiosk
"The Clay Flay Kiosk is located on the Yellowjacket road approximately two miles south of Highway 89, just north of Kanab, UT. It serves as a staging area for ATVs, UTVs, and horse trailers. It accesses Harris Mountain and Moncur Spring. You will also find several dispersed camping sites in this area. This area is also used for grazing. Please be cautious and respectful of the wildlife and range improvements. "

Hog Canyon West Kiosk
The Hog Canyon West Kiosk is used as a staging area to access the Hog Canyon OHV System. You will find a beautifully built kiosk with the Kanab Field Office Transportation Map, Hog Canyon OHV System Map, and information provided by the BLM Kanab Field Office, the Canyon Country 4x4 Club, and Kane County. The Hog Canyon OHV System is suitable for four-wheel-drive jeeps, ATVs, UTVs, horseback, and hiking. These routes are not recommended for street or two-wheel-drive vehicles due to steep inclines, rocky surfaces, narrow routes, and deep sand. For more information, detailed maps, and current conditions, contact the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument Visitor Center in Kanab, UT.

Overview Lodge Campground, located in Logan Canyon, stretches out along the Right Hand Fork of the Logan River at an elevation of 5,600 feet.

Overview Pioneer campground is located on the banks of the Blacksmith Fork River about 9 miles from Hyrum, Utah at an elevation of 5,600 feet. This little campground has many nicely secluded sites tucked under Black Willow and Box Elder trees.

Overview Maple Bench is a small, quiet and peaceful campground. It is perched on a dramatic camp overlooking the Nebo Loop Scenic Byway, at an elevation of 5,800 feet. Tents and very small campers work best at this campground.

Maple Lake Campground
Overview Maple Lake is a timbered setting with limited accessibility. Lake fishing and floating, rafting, kayaking, swimming and hiking are popular recreation activities for this area. Tents and very small campers work best at this campground. The elevation is 5,800 feet.

Altamont
Altamont Campground is located along the beautiful Alpine Loop Scenic Byway high in the Wasatch Mountains. The Mount Timpanogos Wilderness Area is adjacent. Visitors enjoy hiking the nearby Timpooneke Trail to the summit of Mount Timpanogos. Recreation Hiking is very popular in the area. The 15-mile round-trip Timpooneke Trail begins across the road at the Timpooneke Campground and climbs to the summit of rugged Mount Timpanogos. Aspen Grove Trail is nearby, leading to the summit as well. Horses are allowed on Timpooneke Trail.
Uinta Basin & Eastern Utah
Buckhorn Dino Track
One mile after the Navajo Sandstone sign on the side of the road after entering Buckhorn Draw, there is a pull-out on the right. Park there and cross the road and scramble up the sandstone ledge there. On top and to the left a circle of stones will surround a three-toed track left by an ornithopod dinosaur that crossed the sand dune desert that became the Navajo Sandstone over 180 million years ago. Please take only pictures and leave the circle of stones.

Devils Canyon
Overview Devils Canyon Campground sits in the Manti-LaSal National Forest of southeast Utah at the foot of the Abajo Mountains.

Equestrian Campground
Located just a few hundred yards downstream of the San Rafael campground, this was built by equestrians for equestrians. Six campsites with pullouts to accommodate vehicle and horsetrailer surround a central holding pen with 3 separate stalls.

Head Of Sinbad
Located within the heart of the San Rafael swell is the geological feature known as Locomotive point. Located on this impressive sandstone outcrop lies an eerie pictograph (painted panel) of a human like figure crowned by a snake and surrounded by two plant images. Visitors to the site enjoy viewing the several pictograph panels at this site and exploring the nearby Dutchman Arch. The area offers several hiking and exploring opportunities. Access to the site requires a high clearance 4WD vehicle.
